Dr. Gary Rose graduated from Michigan State University in 1973 and opened Cabrillo Pet Hospital in 1975. He has led one of San Diego's top veterinary centers for over 45 years. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and pets.

Dr. Natasha Lefkowitz, a 2004 UC Davis graduate, has joined Cabrillo Pet Hospital. She began in equine medicine and now practices small animal care, with volunteer experience in countries like Nepal and Guatemala. In her free time, she enjoys her two Jack Russell Terriers and riding her horse.
